The 2026 GNGU Mid Amateur Tournament was proudly hosted at Centurion Country Club and proved to be a memorable and highly successful championship for all involved.
On behalf of the Gauteng North Golf Union and our players, we extend our sincere thanks to Centurion Country Club for their outstanding hospitality and professionalism throughout the event. The course was presented in excellent condition, earning praise from players and officials alike.
The weather certainly added an extra challenge to the competition, with tough morning conditions testing the players’. Fortunately, conditions eased in the afternoon, allowing for a strong finish and showcasing the high standard of golf on display.
We would also like to thank all the players who supported the tournament. Your participation and competitive spirit are what make our championships such valued fixtures on the calendar.
