Woodhill Country Club was the perfect setting for this year’s GNGU Womens Open.
Saturday 11 October was the 36 hole day, in perfect weather conditions. The final 18, on Sunday 12 October proved to be a bit tough with drizzle and chilly conditions.
The B Division was closely fought, but Natasha Anthony from Wingate Park CC managed to win 1 ahead of the nearest rival.
A Division, was even tighter, with Isabella Ferreira from George GC and Lourenda Steyn from Centurion CC both finishing on -2 over the 54 holes. It was a tough 4 play-off holes, but in the end Isabella Ferreira managed to take the title!
