15 August 2015 – South Africa’s Keegan de Lange defeated Billy Spooner from England at the 19th hole to reach the semi-final of the 89th Boys Amateur Championship at Royal Birkdale.

The 18-year-old Pretoria Country Club junior will face Martin Torre Borja from Spain and Marcus Svensson from Sweden will go up against Marco Penge from England in the semi-finals.
